Cara Hampton & Emma Hill take part in Race For Life 2010.
On the 23rd May two of Mudie-Bond’s more athletic employees, Cara Hampton & Emma Hill, took part in the annual Race For Life, the largest women-only charity event on behalf of Cancer Research UK. After completing the 5km course, with a mixture of walking & jogging & under the hottest conditions of the year to date, the pair of them who work in the Sales Admin department at Kidderminster, raised a grand total of £627.50 - Every pound raised in sponsorship or fundraising helps to fund the work of over 4,500 researchers, doctors and nurses dedicated to helping more people beat cancer.
Next year they plan to run the entire 5km and hope to exceed the total of sponsorship they achieved this year. Well Done Cara & Emma!
