Something to build on: the Sprinter Chassis
To help you implement specific body requirements on a Sprinter basis, we offer the Sprinter Chassis with both a standard and low frame. With three chassis lengths in each case and a body and payload allowance of up to 2932kg, it is a solid foundation for a diverse range of businesses with a variety of requirements.
Good chassis, good basis
The three different frame variants allow fast, uncomplicated body assembly. The chassis is also available with a crewcab, which can seat up to 7 people.

• Strong robust frame design for versatile body solutions
• Super single tyres (for 4.6t GVW), ensuring more space for special bodies between the wheels
The Sprinter Tipper
Typically, the body of a Sprinter tipper is pivoted on a subframe that is mounted on the chassis. The underfloor lift mechanism is normally an electro-hydraulic unit powered from the vehicle battery. The tipping function is operated by a dash-mounted control or, for increased flexibility, a “wander lead”.
The Sprinter Luton & Box Body
Luton vans offer exceptional cubic capacity. They have flat floors and sides to maximize available space, plus additional load space over the cab. You can specify the materials you wish for construction, but typically the floor will be plywood with GRP side and roof panels.
Bespoke Bodies
Whatever you need, we can build it. From cages for waste collection to refrigerated vehicles, the Sprinter Chassis is the perfect base for infinite possibilities.
